Can I pick up my order?
At the moment, we are only an online shop located in the Hills District of Sydney (northwest), we only deliver goods to you through our contracted specialised courier. Watch out for our special promotions as we offer 'FREE DELIVERY' at times.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
All our goods are baked to order to ensure that you are receiving the freshest goods on delivery. Please allow 1-3 days prior to receiving your order. We will advise and contact you via email or phone should there be any delays in delivery.
Can I purchase your goods at some retailers?
At the moment, we have a stockists around Sydney and the Central Coast. Please check under our stockists page as we always update this. Note that they may not have our entire product range in store. We will continue to expand our stockists so you can always enjoy our healthy treats wherever you are!
Do you deliver to my area? What are your rates?
We are expanding our delivery area everyday. We can deliver to the greater Sydney area. As a rule of thumb, below if the current rates of our courier:
From Cherrybrook, NSW:
0-10 kms: $10.00
10 - 20 kms: $15.00 - 20.00
20-30 kms: $20.00 - $30.00
30-50 kms: $30.00 - 40.00
We know delivery rates are a vital part of your online order process and we are always trying to negotiate rates with our courier.
We are offering delivery free areas within the Hills District.
What cards do you accept as your payment method?
We use eWay Payment gateway on our site and we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
What ingredients do you use?
We only source the best and premium organic ingredients in Australia. We only use the most natural, NON-GMO, organic ingredients we can source wherever possible. We DO NOT use substitutes to cut on costs. All ingredients are listed under our Products page. Any questions, please let us know.
Can I request to not use a certain ingredient if I am allergic to it?
We will try our best to cater for your request although there maybe times we cannot satisfy your request as we don't want to sacrifice the quality of our products. We can alter the the type of sweeteners we use (e.g. Maple Syrup, Honey etc..) and also type of milk we use - should you be sensitive to it (e.g. exchange soy to almond milk).
Are all your products GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, all our products are grain free and gluten free. Not only they are gluten free, they are also dairy free, refine sugar free and paleo-friendly. We also offer VEGAN Products
What makes your products UNIQUE to other gluten free, healthy desserts out in the market?
We pride ourselves with providing the best organic dessert product in the market. All our products only use the most natural ingredients we can source in Australia. We don't use any artificial ingredients to our products like 'xanthan gum' or 'guar gum'. We only use 100% organic, dairy free and refine sugar free ingredients to all our products . We believe in transparency and the importance that everyone have the right to know what they are consuming hence we have listed all our ingredients.
Most gluten free products in the market may contain a high amount of refine sugar to balance taste and flavour and some artificial additives to have a longer shelf life, improve texture and provide a more appealing colour. We believe that gluten free and vegan products DOES NOT always equate to HEALTHY, it is important to know what you are consuming hence please always ask for the ingredients.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
We recommend to consume the products within 5 days refrigerated. However our products can last up to 7-10 days in the fridge.
All products are best consume at room temperature.
Can I freeze your products?
You may freeze our products however we do not guarantee the highest quality upon consumption.
