Quite simply, Organic Whisk was born from a desire to eat delicious gluten, dairy & refined sugar free desserts.
And if you can’t find what you crave, whip it up yourself!
Our founder Grace grew up in the family food business, later studying business and all things culinary at Le Cordon Bleu London & Sydney, then honing her skills in the kitchens of some of Sydney’s top chefs.
When Grace realised she’d been living with food intolerances, it was time to get inventive.
A strong advocate for clean and wholesome food (and a good workout!) Grace set out to recreate her favourite classic recipes with a much healthier twist.
The result? An incredible repertoire of organic cakes & desserts. Free of ingredients that can wreak havoc, and full of the taste, texture and decadence you expect from a lux treat.
Supplying Sydney’s health food shops and cafés, along with pop-ups and an online store, Organic Whisk has developed quite the fan base of likeminded souls – people with allergies or intolerances and those dedicated to eating organic nutritious food that tastes terrific!
